BALL CLASS

Each class offers exercises for all levels working with strengthening, mobilizing and challenging stabilization by utilizing the Ball. The Ball is also incorporated in some Combo Classes for some extra variety and challenge.

TONING ON THE MAT & STRETCH

Each class offers exercises for all levels working on toning, strengthening, light arm weight options, posture realignment and stretching. A great way to stay healthy and strong.

 

BARRE & ARM WEIGHT CLASS

Each class offers Barre Toning exercises for all levels along with an arm weight series to get in shape with good posture and grace. Dance style movement is offered in the Dancing at the Barre for some extra Fun!
